All members of the community are invited to attend our Grief to Growth sessions.

The enthusiastic response from past sessions is a testimony to the healing that can happen when people with similar experiences interact. Our focus is on exploring the grief experience and learning how to deal effectively with the feelings and changes that accompany loss. As a guide, we use the book Understanding Your Grief by Alan D. Wolfelt, Ph.D, and the accompanying journal.
Grief to Growth is open to anyone in the community who is grieving the death of a loved one and is at least 4 months past their loss. There is no fee for participation, although donations to cover the cost of materials ($20) are welcome. In order to provide the best experience, enrollment is limited.
