Service Area

The Rockbridge Area Hospice headquarters is located in Lexington at 315 Myers Street. Our building houses both administrative and clinical teams, a lending library, and offers on-site activities that range from grief counseling to volunteer projects, educational opportunities to community forums. Community members are encouraged to stop by and there is always staff available for consultations regarding hospice care, bereavement, and other supportive services.
